On Saturday July 17th Body Harmony Day Spa and Hochatown Junction Station will be presenting their third Music Under The Stars (M.U.T.S.) Country & Gospel Night from 7-11pm. The event will be held behind the Body Harmony Day Spa building in Hochatown Junction Station. Music Under the Stars will feature a variety of country and gospel performers.  The emcee will be Rhonda Tidmore of KBEL Radio 96.7.
The purpose of Music Under the Stars is to welcome visitors from outside of McCurtain County and thank them for choosing the community as their vacation destination. This event also promotes community unity within McCurtain County through businesses joining together in supporting and sponsoring this event. In addition to popular talent artists, this event supports and spotlights local talent. This time around, new performers have been added to the lineup.

The lineup includes “Ramblin” Ray Rickets and his famous saw, gospel singer and songwriter, Carl Duncan and famous singer, composer, performer and actor Ed Bruce. Country rock band 2 For Nothing will be playing for MUTS once again, as well as singer Jeannie Cambell and gospel singer Bill Grant. Country and gospel band Cross Timber, gospel singer Diane Bunn and Tammy Combs will be performing. The fantastic Hefner Sisters (10 & 13) will be singing their signature songs.

Food includes pizza from Pizza Junction, beef or chicken fajitas and tacos from Los Flores Mexican Food, lasagna, bread, salad and drinks from Roma’s Italian Food, snow cones from the Cone Man and burgers from Dairy Queen. The Pie Lady will have her pies and cakes by the slice.
